Every listing is sold under one of these licences, chosen by the seller and shown before purchase. Creators keep ownership of their work.
SplatMart Standard Licence
Use it in personal or commercial projects. Do not resell or share the splat file.
Allowed
- Use it in personal or commercial projects
- Edit it or convert it to another format
- Include it in a finished product when people cannot extract the splat file
- Use it across your team's projects
Not allowed
- Resell, share, sublicense or distribute the splat file
- Add it to an asset pack, stock library or competing marketplace
- Claim ownership or mint it as an NFT
- Train an AI model to create 3D assets
SplatMart Editorial Licence
For news, documentary, commentary and education. Not for advertising, products or entertainment.
Allowed
- Use it in news, documentary, commentary or education
- Edit it for those uses
Not allowed
- Use it in advertising, products or entertainment
- Use it in games or merchandise
- Resell, share, sublicense or distribute the splat file
- Train an AI model to create 3D assets
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0)
Anyone can use, share or adapt it, including commercially, when they credit the creator.
Allowed
- Use, share and redistribute it
- Adapt it for any purpose, including commercial work
Not allowed
- Use it without crediting the creator and linking this licence
- Add restrictions that stop others using this licence
Creative Commons Zero (CC0 1.0): Public Domain
Anyone can use it for anything. Credit is not required.
